Delete Your BakeFlow Account or Data
You can request deletion of your BakeFlow account and associated cloud data by contacting BakeFlow support.

How to request deletion
In your email, please include:
- the email address connected to your BakeFlow account
- whether you want to delete your full account or only specific data
- any helpful details about your request
For your privacy and security, we may need to verify that you control the email address connected to the account before deleting account data.
What we delete
When you request full account deletion, we will delete or anonymize cloud data associated with your BakeFlow account, including:
- account profile information
- business and public page settings
- orders
- clients
- menu items
- public order page data
- public inquiries connected to your account
- other cloud workspace data connected to your account
If a baker deletes their BakeFlow account, customer request data connected to that baker’s cloud workspace will also be deleted or anonymized.
Local device data
BakeFlow may allow local/device-only use. If you use BakeFlow without signing in, some data may be stored only on your device. BakeFlow may not be able to access or delete local-only data remotely because it is stored on your device.
To remove local-only data, uninstall BakeFlow or clear the app’s storage from your device settings.
Public customer requests
If you submitted a request through a baker’s public BakeFlow page, your request may be stored as part of that baker’s BakeFlow workspace. You may contact the baker directly about your request, or contact BakeFlow at support@getbakeflow.com and we will review the request where possible.
Timing
We will process deletion requests as soon as reasonably possible. Some deletion requests may take time to verify and complete.
Data we may keep
We may keep limited information if needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or to maintain records required by law.
