1. What BakeFlow does

BakeFlow is a workflow app for home bakers and custom bakery businesses. BakeFlow helps users organize orders, inquiries, clients, menu items, quotes, deposits and balances, customer messages, public order requests, quote/order summary PDFs, and related bakery workflow. BakeFlow is a business organization tool. It does not guarantee sales, customers, profits, compliance, or business results.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to legally use BakeFlow and enter into these Terms. If you use BakeFlow for a business, you represent that you have authority to use BakeFlow for that business and to enter information related to that business. BakeFlow is not intended for children under 13.

3. Accounts

Some BakeFlow features may require an account. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your login information secure, all activity under your account, and notifying us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

4. Local mode and cloud sync

BakeFlow may allow local/device-only use and cloud sync. If you use local/device-only mode, your data may be stored only on your device. You are responsible for protecting and backing up local data. If you use cloud sync, your data may be stored using BakeFlow cloud services and connected service providers.

5. Public order pages

BakeFlow may allow bakers to create public order pages where customers can submit order requests. You are responsible for the content on your public page, your policies, pricing, and customer communication, reviewing requests before accepting orders, and complying with applicable laws and business requirements. A public request submitted through BakeFlow is not automatically a confirmed order unless the baker separately confirms it. BakeFlow currently does not collect customer payments through the public request form.

6. Customer information

You may enter or receive customer information through BakeFlow, including names, contact information, order details, and notes. You are responsible for using customer information lawfully, obtaining any necessary customer consent, keeping customer information accurate where needed, and not entering sensitive information that is unnecessary for bakery order management.

7. Payments and records

BakeFlow may allow you to record deposits, balances, payment status, or payment notes. BakeFlow currently does not process payments inside the app. Any actual payment between a baker and customer happens outside BakeFlow unless payment features are added in the future.

8. No legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice

BakeFlow is not a law firm, accountant, tax advisor, financial advisor, or business consultant. Information, reports, pricing tools, or summaries in BakeFlow are provided for organization and convenience only.

9. Subscriptions and paid features

BakeFlow may offer paid plans or subscriptions in the future. Current plan previews, pricing displays, or “coming soon” labels may be informational only and may not represent active billing.

10. Account and data deletion

You may request account or data deletion by contacting support@getbakeflow.com or visiting https://getbakeflow.com/delete-account. Some data may be retained where needed for legal, security, fraud prevention, backup, dispute resolution, or recordkeeping purposes.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

BakeFlow is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and reliability.
